This FUNDING AND ACQUISITION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into the 1st day of , 2018 by and between the CITY OF CORONA, a charter city and municipal organization organized and operating under the laws of the State of California (the “City”) and Arantine Hills Holdings L.P., a Delaware limited partnership (the “Owner”).
