The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Digiland International Ltd. (the “Company”, and collectively with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) is pleased to announce that the Company has incorporated a joint venture company, International Energy Group Pte. Ltd. (“IEGPL”), together with Dr Goh Jin Hian (“Dr Goh”). The percentages of shareholding held by the Company and Dr Goh are 19.9% and 80.1% respectively.
