Upon Servoy’s acceptance of the order under the relevant Product Order Form and against reimbursement of the relevant Hosting fee, Servoy shall make the Hosting available on an annual subscription basis. The Hosting fee is indicated in the Product Order Form (and/or its Addendums). If Hosting is agreed under the relevant Product Order Form, these Hosting Terms are applicable and form an integral part of the Agreement. Depending on which party signed the Product Order Form with Servoy, either an End-User or a Partner, these Hosting terms are applicable as to either such End-User or such Partner.
