The City of Missoula, Missoula County, Montana, a political subdivision of the State of Montana, by and through its City Council states as follows in regard to real property owned and to be owned by the CITY more particularly described as set forth per Exhibit A for property generally known as Redfern Park hereafter referred to as the “Parklands.”
