This Custody Agreement (this “Agreement”) is by and between the undersigned Customer (the “Customer”) and Miles Franklin Collectibles, Inc., a Minnesota corporation doing business as Miles Franklin Private Safe Deposit Boxes (“Miles Franklin”). Customer hereby instructs Miles Franklin to establish a custody account and a Safe Deposit Box, titled as indicated below, in which Customer intends to store Precious Metals in a private safe deposit box with a third party selected by Miles Franklin (the “Account”) subject to this Agreement (including the Miles Franklin Custody Terms and Conditions and Fee Schedule attached hereto (as the same may be amended from time to time). Customer hereby agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and the Fee Schedule. Provided the Customer is given a 30-day advance written notice, Customer further agrees that Miles Franklin may amend the Terms and Conditions and the Fee Schedule from time to time as set forth herein and Customer shall be bound by each
