On May 1, 2018, PacifiCorp filed a Project Construction Agreement (Agreement) between Salt River Project Agricultural Improvement and Power District (Salt River Project) and PacifiCorp.1 PacifiCorp states that the Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which PacifiCorp will perform the work necessary to accommodate Salt River Project’s request for a meter upgrade at PacifiCorp’s 138 kV Tushar Substation located in Beaver County, Utah. The Agreement is accepted for filing, effective July 2, 2018, as requested.
