This Covenant and Environmental Restriction on Property (“Covenant”) is made by and between the “Owner” (the “Covenantor” or “Owner”) and the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Lahontan Region (“Regional Water Board” or “State”), which represents the State of California in the cleanup of the former George Air Force Base (“AFB”). The Covenantor is the current owner of the property, situated in the County of San Bernardino, State of California, and described in Exhibit A and depicted in Exhibit B, attached and incorporated herein by this reference (the “Property”).
