THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 12th day of September, 2019, by and between the TOWN OF PRESCOTT VALLEY, a municipal corporation of Arizona (hereinafter the “TOWN”), and ARIZONA CRISIS TEAM, INC., INC., (hereinafter “SERVICE PROVIDER”);
