This Pricing Schedule (“Pricing Schedule”) is between you, a registered customer of the Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) online marketplace (“Customer”), and AT&T Mobility, LLC, on behalf of itself and its affiliates (“AT&T”). This Pricing Schedule is effective when an order is completed by Customer on the AWS online marketplace (“Effective Date”) for Services provided by AT&T. This Pricing Schedule consists of the AT&T IoT Terms and Conditions, the Service Guide(s) (if any) that apply to each product purchased by Customer, and the AT&T Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”). The AUP can be found at att.com/aup or other locations AT&T may designate. AT&T may revise Service Guides at any time.
