City was awarded federal aid funds through the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) in 2017. Project builds a trail on the east side of Allisonville Road from Wellington Parkway to Greenfield Avenue. This includes a pedestrian bridge over Stony Creek. Project includes a new 36” diameter storm sewer from Carbon Street to the floodplain of Stony Creek to provide improved drainage to the area and assists with the Utility’s sewer separation in the area.
