This Limited Liability Company Operating Agreement (the “Agreement”) of CIRCLE OF WEALTH FUND III LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (the “Company” or “Fund”), is by and among Secured Investment Corp., a Wyoming corporation (the “Initial Member” or “Manager”), and each additional Person who becomes a Member in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
