The individual named below (hereinafter referred to as “I” or “me”) desires to participate in the soccer programs, events, and activities of the United Soccer Leagues, L.L.C. (hereinafter, the “USL Academy”) and its affiliates, specifically including, but not limited to, the USL Academy Cup and any other related activities (the “Activities”). As lawful consideration for being permitted by the USL Academy to participate in the Activities, I agree to all the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).
