THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement’) is made and entered into by and between the Buckman Direct Diversion Board (“BDDB”) and Snell & Wilmer, LLP (“Contractor”). The effective date of this Agreement shall be the date when it is executed by the BDDB.
