This End-User Software License Agreement (“End-User License Agreement”) is between Zebra Technologies International, LLC, an Illinois Corporation, having its principal place of business at 475 Half Day Road, Lincolnshire, Illinois 60069 and Customer to whom Zebra’s proprietary software or Zebra Products containing embedded, pre-loaded, or installed software (“Products’) is made available. This End-User License Agreement contains the terms and conditions of the license Zebra is providing to Customer, and Customer’s use of the Software and Documentation.
