THIS LEASE is made at Ellensburg, Washington, this day of , 2020, by and between the City of Ellensburg, a Washington municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as “the City,” and the Ellensburg Business Development Authority dba CenterFuse (“CenterFuse”), hereinafter referred to as “Lessee.”
