THIS REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of , 2023, by and between CS HOLDING, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company (the “Seller”) and the CITY OF NORMAN, OKLAHOMA, an Oklahoma municipal corporation (the “Buyer”), but the enforceability is subject to a condition in Recital C below (and if the condition is not satisfied on or before March 1, 2023 this Agreement will automatically terminate).
