(“Act 34”). This Agreement made this day of , 2020 (“Execution Date”), and effective , 2020 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Vassar, a Michigan home rule city, whose address is 287 E. Huron Avenue, Vassar, Michigan 48768 (hereinafter “City” or "Vassar"), and Tuscola Township, a Michigan General Law Township, whose address is 8561 Van Cleve Road, Vassar, Michigan 48768 (the "Township"). The City and the Township are hereinafter collectively referred to in this Agreement as the “Parties”.
