This agreement is for use when engaging the services of an independent contractor for the provision of services to the University of Tasmania. The terms and conditions have been pre-approved by Legal Services and can be used without further legal review. If any changes or amendments are required or requested, a legal review is necessary. Please contact Legal Services to discuss your requirements. Please complete the Schedule details and arrange for the contract to be signed on behalf of the University by the appropriately authorised delegate. Please see the Delegations of Authority web page to ascertain the appropriate signing delegate. NOTE: This contract can only be used where the contractor has an independent and established business and an Australian Business Number (ABN). Please check the ABN is correct by searching ABN Search.
