This SAFE Vendor Partner Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of , 2007, by you as a Vendor Partner of the SAFE-BioPharma Association (“SAFE”), a not-for-profit non-stock Delaware corporation. By executing this Agreement, Vendor Partner agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
