This Agreement is made as of the date set forth in the Date of Issuance between the State of Arizona, {insert AGENCY NAME} acting by and through the State Procurement Office, and the Construction Contractor in connection with the Project. Time is of the essence for this Agreement. Services required by this Agreement include, at no additional cost to the State, all services necessitated, in whole or in part, by errors and omissions of, or breach of this Agreement by, Construction Contractor, its Subconsultants, Subcontractors, or any person or entity working under Construction Contractor for this Project.
