The purpose of the Salinas River Stream Maintenance Program ’ Agreement (hereafter, “SMP Agreement”) between the undersigned “Responsible Party” and the Resource Conservation District of Monterey County (“RCDMC”) is to insure compliance with the Salinas River Stream Maintenance Program Guidelines and the Routine Maintenance Agreement from California Department of Fish and Wildlife (“CDFW”) dated October 14, 2016 (No. 1600-2016-0016-R4) (“RMA”) , held by RCDMC and implemented by Responsible Party as a subpermittee.
