These are the Terms & Conditions that apply to the Contract of Carriage between you as the Passenger and ROI Mixed Fleet AG, Grafenauweg 11, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, as carrier with respect to the Monarch Duchess. The Company enters into Contracts of Carriage, issues all contracts, and accepts and carries Passenger and baggage only on and subject to these Terms & Conditions. This contract is an agreement between the Passenger and the Company, and the agents, servants and employees of the Company.
