These Terms of Use, along with any applicable Order Form and all supplemental terms that may be presented to you for your review and acceptance (collectively, the “Agreement”), is a binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “Licensee”) and Grid Status, Inc. (“Grid Status”). This Agreement governs your access to, and use of, the Grid Status website, API, and proprietary database (collectively, “the Services”).
