We have read and understand the Socorro Independent School District “Digitally Nurturing Academics” Mobile Device Usage Policy and Mobile Device Loan and Damage/Loss Agreement described above. In the event of loss, theft or damage, I fully understand that I am responsible for following through with the agreement. I agree to assume full responsibility for the proper care and educational use of the computer equipment, abiding by these terms and conditions. I also acknowledge that failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the loss of my device privileges.
