INSTRUCTIONS: This document is required for young people and/or caregivers seeking reimbursement for driving related expenses under the TRIP program. This document should outline, at a minimum, the young person’s plan to contribute toward ongoing costs associated with driving, educational criteria the young person must meet (understanding insurance, budgeting) and who will provide instruction and materials on these criteria, and the caregiver’s agreement to support the young person in obtaining driving experience.
