Staff members are remunerated in accordance with the scales of remuneration of the Co‐ordinated Organisations for staff serving in the United Kingdom. Remuneration comprises basic salary, plus any allowances which may be payable depending on the personal circumstances of the staff member. A summary of the allowances which may be payable is given below. (Rates are as at 1 January 2018).
