made this day of October, 2024, between CIG 2020 Homewood LLC, or its assignee (“Purchaser”), and the Village of Homewood (“Seller”). The date that the last party signs the Agreement and delivers a copy to the other party shall be the date filled in above and shall be referred to herein as the “Effective Date.”
