This First Amendment to Agreement for Professional Engineering Services (“First Amendment”) is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, Texas (“County”), a political subdivision of the state of Texas, and SES Horizon Consulting Engineers, Inc. (“CONSULTANT”). County and CONSULTANT may be referred to individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
