This Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of (the “Effective Date”) by and between BrightBee LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (“BrightBee”) and Community School for Creative Education, a California not-for-profit organization (“Customer”), each a party (“party”, “Party”) and collectively, the parties (“parties”, “Parties”).
