This SaaS/DaaS Services Supplement (this “Supplement”) governs Customer’s acquisition and use of the SaaS Services (defined below) ordered from Epicor Software Corporation or its Affiliate specified in the Order therefore (“Epicor”). This Supplement also governs Customer’s use of any Trial Services made available by Epicor to Customer. This Supplement is subject to the Epicor Master Customer Agreement Master Terms and Conditions (“Master Terms”). Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Master Terms unless otherwise defined herein.
