This License Data Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between Command Precision, Inc. d/b/a Persistent ID, a Delaware corporation, (“PID”) and ShareThis, Inc. (“Customer”) and is effective as of July 1st, 2021 (“Effective Date”). PID and Customer are sometimes referred herein to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
