This Junior Volunteer Service Agreement clarifies the expectations of Junior Volunteers in three areas: animal care, interpersonal relations and relationship with the Georgian Triangle Humane Society (GTHS). The undersigned Junior Volunteer agrees to adhere to these terms. The Junior Volunteer’s parent or guardian must also sign the Waiver and Release Form for Minors prior to the volunteer beginning his or her shifts.
