The purpose of this Agreement is to define the relations between the Company and the Union, the wages and working conditions of employees of the Company represented by the Union and the means by which complaints, grievances and disputes shall be disposed of promptly and equitably, to protectthe health and safety of employees of the Company, to provide for efficient operations and to secure a harmonious relationship between the parties to this Agreement.
