The iPad that students receive is a technology resource owned by the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District. The District retains the sole right of possession of the iPad and any issued accessories for the iPad. Regardless of whether or not the iPad is used on District premises or at an external site or whether it is during the school day or outside of it, the student is bound by the District’s Technology Usage policies and guidelines when using their iPad. (Board Policies 363.2 and 363.2R) Disciplinary action for violation of District policies and guidelines will be in accordance with school procedures.
