This Education Consultant Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on this 12th day July, 2012 (“Effective Date”), by and between Jennifer B. Cottingham, located at 5 Trailridge Lane, Wilder, Kentucky 41076 (“Consultant”) and the Erlanger-Elsmere Board of Education, located at 500 Graves Avenue, Erlanger, Kentucky 41018 (“School Board”). School Board and Consultant are sometimes referred to herein as “parties” and each individually as a “party”.
