These Emburse Cards Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”) constitute an agreement between Emburse, LLC and Customer that governs Customer’s use of the Services. “We”, “Us”, or “Emburse” means Emburse LLC and its Affiliates, successors, and assigns. “Customer”, “you”, and “your” means the company that is applying for or has opened a card program with Emburse LLC (“Card Program”) to use the Services. References to the “Agreement” includes this Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Data Protection Agreement, and the Service Agreements. To the extent there’s a conflict between the terms of this Terms of Service and a Service Agreement, the terms of the applicable Service Agreement shall control with respect to that product or service to which it applies.
