The general terms and conditions as outlined on the following pages, the special conditions noted below, and all attachments (including any application form submitted by the Hirer) form part of this Venue Hire Agreement (Agreement). Should the Hirer wish to change any details about the Event, this will be subject to PIA prior consent and PIA may impose further charges, terms, and/or conditions before accepting any proposed changes – see clause 2(d).
