This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into this 1st day of September 2020, by and between the Warwick School District (“District”) and the Warwick Education Association (“Association”) to implement its mutual understandings and agreements regarding the livestreaming of teachers’ instruction to permit students to remotely participate in the District’s educational program.
