Please see the attached termination notice for the above referenced agreement. New agreements for these services have been executed and begun, therefore we are terminating the prior agreements. All currently active projects under the 2018 agreement shall remain open and completed, unless you are advised otherwise by your Lee County Project Managers. However, any new projects will be started under the new 2022 agreement. For questions regarding any open projects, please continue communicating with your Project Managers.
