This Settlement Agreement is entered into between Plaintiff Nicolas Montalvo (“Plaintiff”, “Named Plaintiff”, or “Class Representative”), individually, and on behalf of a class of individuals (the “Class”, “Settlement Class”, or “Class Members”, as defined below), and Defendant California Lutheran University, (“CLU” or “Defendant”). Plaintiff, Class Members, and Defendant are referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
