This Memorandum of Agreement is entered into on the date herein provided by and between Jackson County, Mississippi, a political subdivision of the State of Mississippi, Jackson County School District, a political subdivision of the State of Mississippi, and West Jackson County Utility District, a body politic and corporate formed under the laws of the State of Mississippi (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”), for their mutual benefit and state as follows:
