The following terms constitute an agreement between you and Smart Meter Corp., its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, the “Company” or “Smart Meter” or “we” or “us”), the operator of www.iglucose.com site (collectively, the “Website”). This Agreement governs your use of the Website, both as a visitor and a registered user as described below, and purchase, use and/or access to the iGlucose® services including iGlucose Connects, the iGlucose web portal and related telecommunications capabilities (collectively, the “Service”) and products including the iGlucose blood glucose meter, testing strips and related products (collectively, the “Products”).
