BOX 40112-00100 Nairobi (together with its assignees and successors) of the one part, and the Director of the National Crime Research Centre (hereinafter referred to as the “the Director”) a State Corporation having its registered office at NSSF Building Block A, Western Wing, 19th floor (together with its assignees and successors) of P.O. Box 21180 – 00100 Nairobi of the other part.
