The contract shall be effective for one (1) four-year term from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2017 with three (3) additional renewal option periods of two (2) years each. The total contract period shall not exceed ten (10) years. Renewals shall be contingent upon the University’s satisfaction with the equipment and services performed.
