In these Terms and Conditions, the "Seller" means RainTrade Corporation (GutterSupply.com). It is a basic assumption of the contract that the goods to be manufactured and/or supplied by Seller shall be subject to receipt by Seller of all drawings, specifications and materials from Buyer or Seller’s suppliers which are necessary to allow immediate commencement of manufacture.
