Tenant acknowledges that Landlord desires to establish and maintain a high standard for the image and reputation of the Pike Place Market and that the nature, character and manner of use of the Premises and the nature and character of the occupant(s) therein will have a significant impact on Landlord's ability to establish and maintain the unique character and image of the Pike Place Market.
