It is the intention of the Parties to the Agreement to provide for the continuance of harmonious relations between the Company and its employees; to provide an amicable method of settling disputes; to further the safety and welfare of employees and to enable the business of the Company to prosper in the interests of the employees of the Company. . WCM is an essential part of every employees job and important to the continued success of the Company. From time to time qualified employee(s) will be required to participate in WCM activities ( or similar programs). The employees and the Company hereby mutually agree to co-operate fully with each other to promote these purposes.
