Schedule AClient Access Agreement • May 15th, 2023
This is a Schedule of Services referred to in the Client Access Agreement dated , 200 by and between Goldman, Sachs & Co. (“GS&Co.”), or, if Client is a resident of any of the jurisdictions identified in Schedule B to such Client Access Agreement, the affiliate of GS&Co. listed opposite the relevant jurisdiction (the "Designated Affiliate”) (GS&Co. or the Designated Affiliate, as the case may be, being referred to herein as “GS”) and Enron North America Corp. (together with this Schedule, the "Agreement"). This Schedule A shall be effective immediately after it has been signed by both GS and Client. Terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Schedule A and the terms of the Client Access Agreement, the terms of this Schedule A, including, but not limited to Arbitration, shall prevail.
