Termination and Mutual Release Agreement - Mollycorp Minerals LLC and Traxys North American LLC Termination and Mutual Release Agreement This termination and mutual release agreement (agreement) will be concluded on June 16, 2010 through Delaware Limited Liability Company Molycorp Minerals, LLC, Delaware Limited Liability Company (Mollycorp) and Alaska North America LLC (Traxys North America LLC). On the other hand, in accordance with the May 15, 2009 (Sell/Buy-Back Agreement), Traxys between Molycorp and Traceys agreed to purchase from Molykov Didymium Oxide and Bassnasite for the terms and conditions set forth thereon.
