The Université Paris-Est Créteil Val-de-Marne (“UPEC”) and National Chiao Tung University (“NCTU”) confirm that the “Cooperative Agreement” (which was originally signed on 1st July 2014) has been extended. This Extension Agreement will take effect from the date of the last signature for a period of five (5) years. Either party may, by notice in writing of no less than one (1) year, terminate this agreement. The exchange activities which have been commenced under this Agreement shall not be affected by the termination thereof. This Agreement may be modified in writing and signed by the two parties.
